Geoff Roberts holds the position of Head of Retail Sales and Customer Service at Synergy. He has accountability for Customer Service strategy, Sales strategy, Contact Centre, Sales Channels – account management and phone based, Billing and credit management functions, Summer Preparedness and People Management.
