Graham Howard

Graham Howard is a Consulting Director of LimeBridge Australia. He combines successful careers in customer experience delivery and best management practice design and implementation.

Graham's work has resulted in significant customer service improvements at many Australian institutions.

Graham grew up in England and has studied Marketing in London and Accounting in Australia. He has been a consultant in Australia for over 10 years focused on international acquisition, customer service delivery and operational management.

Prior to joining LimeBridge, he gained a wide experience in financial services firms within Australia. Graham was also a founding director and principal of CCMG, a successful call centre consulting firm that has recently merged with the LimeBridge international consulting group.
