Steve is a customer experience delivery professional and is a regular speaker on customer experience management and customer advocacy. He has led work in customer service improvements at more than a dozen major Australian institutions.
Steve grew up in Western Australia and has worked for some of Australia’s most recognised enterprises. He has consulted extensively focusing on delivering more effective customer management and service strategies through the optimisation of systems, processes and employment practices. He has had an extensive customer service career pioneering a range of innovative yet highly effective and innovative customer management strategies at companies including Castrol Australia, ANI (Now Bluescope Steel), BOC Gases and B Digital, Australia’s most successful non-network owned mobile phone service provider. Widely recognised for contribution to the development of professional credit practices in Australia, Steve also has many years experience successfully developing and implementing some of Australia’s most effective credit assessment and collection environments across a range of industries. This proven experience in developing end-to-end solutions for clients not only improves cash flow and profitability through improved credit control but also delivers improved sales opportunities through more effective processes and staff interaction strategies.
He has spoken at over 100 conferences on customer service and effective operations around Australia, Asia and the United States.
Steve is also an accredited Herrmann Whole Brain Thinking provider. The highly validated Whole Brain Model is used extensively by 93% of Fortune 500 companies and Steve has developed a number of very innovative and successful programs for improving personal and business effectiveness across a wide range of industries and roles.
Steve is the immediate Past Chairman of the ATA, Australia’s peak body for the contact centre industry and is life member and former National Chairperson of the Australian Institute of Credit Management. Prior to joining LimeBridge, Steve successfully ran the consulting firm of TeamRed Solutions for three and a half years.
