Ian Northmore
Ian is a the director of Rhea Consulting, the LimeBridge member firm in SingaporeHe specialises in enabling businesses to achieve strategic Customer Relationship Management and has more than 15 years experience in the contact centre industry. Ian’s passion is managing, coaching and developing people to help them achieve their potential, and he has an extensive working knowledge of what it takes to build and run customer operations Ian started his career as a Customer Service Advisor and has subsequently worked his way through the contact centre industry throughout the world. Prior to joining LimeBridge, Ian was Director of Regional Development and a key member of the Customer Operations team for Virgin Mobile (Asia). Prior to this, he headed up operations in Hong Kong and Tokyo. He was also Head of Customer Service for Cable & Wireless Movil in Panama City |
